About Mitch

As a designer and developer, I focus on effective and purpose driven solutions.

I love building stuff!

It all started in 2012 when I decided to change careers and scratch my artistic and design itch. I took my first website design class and fell in love with building websites.

After graduating MCTC with an AAS in Web & Interactive Media, I struck out into the world of design with an excitement for the next chapter. I have had the privilege of working with some amazing people over the course of my career. One of the best parts about what I do is that I never stop learning! I get to learn new design and development techniques every day, as well as learn the businesses of clients I work with. How awesome is that?

Other skills of mine include printed graphics, motion graphics, and illustration. These disciplines compliment one another to create a wide array of design solutions for each project I’m lucky enough to work on. I’ve cut my teeth on a variety of life and career experiences, which help to ground my work and keep me on track to meeting real and attainable goals for our clients and for myself. Passion for life and adventure are the inspiration that drive me.

A little more about me… When I’m not on my computer designing and building cool things, I’m most likely doing one of the following: fly fishing, tying flies for fly fishing, or trying to stay healthy by riding my bike. Hobbies are what keep me going. They are the things that make life richer.

A few things I’m passionate about.

Work-life Balance

I love my job, but at the end of the day my family is the most important part of my life. Having a good work-life balance is the best way to avoid burnout and keep producing the best possible work.

Relationships

The best results and most rewarding projects come from working with people you like.

New Ideas

I love new ideas and the latest trends and technologies available on the web. Variety and new experiences are the spice of life!

Respect

Let’s all be nice. ‘Nuff said.
