Led the full website design and development for Optage, the home and community-based services division of Presbyterian Homes & Services. The project centered on rebuilding the site for clarity, accessibility, and ease of use—especially for older adults and their families. I worked closely with the client team to define goals, map user flows, and create a modern, ADA-compliant interface that replaced PDF-heavy content with accessible, mobile-friendly pages.
The new design introduced a flexible mega-menu system, “What to Expect” service sections, and a dynamic, database-driven meal menu with printable PDFs. The result was a trustworthy, informative site that better represents Optage’s values of choice and independence—helping increase clientele, referrals, and overall engagement.
